1.怎么说呢，昨晚睡的只能说是还凑合吧。毕竟上半夜睡的还算可以，就是1点多时刮起了大风，那呼啦呼啦的风声直接把我吵醒了，随后好长时间都睡不着。结果就是早上5点多时，我还困的不行，在床上翻来覆去不想起床。于是差不多今早是5:30才起的床。
2. 起床，喂完鸡鸭之后，我本来准备弄上我那微型旋耕机给桃园松个土的，没想到那机器怎么也打不着火。我想或许是有露水的原因吧。于是干脆在桃园转了一圈，看了一下之前种的各种蔬菜，随后就回家了。
3. 回到家趁着老爸做早饭的那会儿功夫，我赶紧做完了一套八段锦。做完八段锦之后感觉浑身舒畅，随后再去蹲个坑。我发现还是这样规律地做上一些运动之后排便才更顺畅一些。
4. 今天又是几乎一整天都在忙着采摘金银花，毕竟金银花几乎全都开放了，得抓紧时间采摘了。上午阳光不太大，温度不太高，采摘金银花还算舒服。下午快3点时午休结束了，我和老爸就到桃园来采摘金银花了，可是那会儿阳光其实还挺大的，温度还挺高的，这时候采摘金银花还真是挺难受的。可到后来五六点时温度是下来了，可又得回家做饭了。等到后来吃完饭，天就又黑了。不得不说，这个季节适合干活的时间还真是没那么多。
Well, I'd say my sleep last night was just so-so. After all, I slept fairly well during the first half of the night. However, around 1 o'clock, a strong wind started blowing. The howling sound of the wind woke me up, and I couldn't fall asleep again for a long time. As a result, I was still extremely sleepy at around 5 o'clock in the morning and tossed and turned in bed, not wanting to get up. So, I finally got up at about 5:30 this morning.
After getting up and feeding the chickens and ducks, I was planning to use my small rotary tiller to loosen the soil in the peach orchard. But unexpectedly, the machine just wouldn't start. I thought maybe it was because of the dew. So, I simply took a walk around the peach orchard, checked all the vegetables I had planted before, and then went back home.
When I got home, while my dad was cooking breakfast, I quickly did a set of Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese health exercise). After finishing the Baduanjin, I felt really refreshed all over. Then I went to use the toilet. I found that I have smoother bowel movements after doing some regular exercise like this.
Today, I've been busy picking honeysuckle almost the whole day. After all, almost all the honeysuckle has bloomed, so I need to pick them quickly. In the morning, the sunlight wasn't too strong and the temperature wasn't too high, so it was quite comfortable to pick honeysuckle. At around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, when my nap ended, my dad and I went to the peach orchard to pick honeysuckle. But at that time, the sunlight was quite strong and the temperature was rather high, so it was really uncomfortable to pick honeysuckle. Later, when it was around five or six o'clock, the temperature dropped, but it was time to go home and cook dinner. I have to say that there aren't really many suitable hours for working in this season.
