THREE-YEARLIMITEDWARANTY



MahaEnergyCorp.warrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterialsand

workmanshipasfolows:Forthefirstthreyearsfromthedateof

purchase,MahaEnergyCorp.wilrepairorreplacetheunitatitsoption

withoutchargeforpartsorlabor.Aftertheindicatedperiodofthreeyears,

theproductownerissubjecttopayforrepairandpartsfe.



Thislimitedwarrantyisnon-transferable.Itdoesnotcoverdamageor

failurescausedbyoratributabletonaturaldisaster,abuse,misuse,

improperorabnormalusage,faultyinstalation,impropermaintenance,

lightning,orotherincidencesofexcesivevoltage,oranyrepairsor

tamperingbyotherthanbyMahaEnergyCorp.oritsAuthorizedService

Centers.Thiswarrantywilbevoidediftheserialnumber(ifaplicable),

modelnumber,orbrandhasbenwholyorpartialyremovedorerased.

Repairorreplacementunderthetermsofthiswarrantydoesnotextend

thedurationofthiswarranty.Shouldthisproductbeprovendefectivein

workmanshipormaterial,theconsumer''ssoleremediesshalbesuch

repairorreplacementasprovidedbythetermsofthiswarranty.Underno

circumstancesshalMahaEnergyCorp.beliableforanylosordamage,

direct,consequential,orincidental,arisingoutoftheuseoforinabilityto

usethisproduct.Somestatesdonotalowlimitationsonhowlongan

impliedwarrantylastsortheexclusionsorliitationsofincidentalor

consequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationsorexclusionsmaynot
