testo112isacompact,accuratemeasuringinstrumentfor
measuringtemperaturesbymeansofplug-intemperature
probes.Thankstothepossibilityofconnectingnotonly
NTCprobes,butalsoPt100probes,thetesto112covers
awidemeasurementrangeandatthesametimeprovides
ahighlevelofmeasurementaccuracy.
Thefollowingcomponentsoftheproductaredesignedforcontinuous
contactwithfoodstuffsinaccordancewiththeregulation
(EC)1935/2004:
Themeasurementprobeupto1cmbeforetheprobehandleorthe
