:【港澳教学】E-learningandU-learningE-learningandU-learningInconventionale-learningenvironments,peoplelearnandpracticeinthecyberworld;thatis,complexoperationsorproblem-solvingproceduresareusuallytrainedinaweb-basedlearningenvironmentthatsimulatesthescenariosoftheproblemdomain.Suchalearningortrainingapproachishelpfultothelearnersinidentifyingtheproblemtobecopedwith;nevertheless,itisalmostimpossibleforthetraineestolearntheproblem-solvingskillswithoutobservingandpracticingintherealworld.Forsomeimportantcourses,suchasthosethatinvolvetheoperationofvaluableequipmentorhavepotentialdangers,one-to-oneinstructionmaybequitenecessary,butitisinefficientandmanpowerconsuming.Tocopewiththeseproblems,inthisstudy,acontext-awareu-learningenvironmentwithanexpertsystemapproachisproposed,whichisabletosensethepersonalandenvironmentalcontextstoprovideadaptivesupportstothelearners.Theexperimentalresultsoftrainingresearchersforsingle-crystalX-raydiffractionoperationshavedepictedthebenefitsofapplyingourinnovativeapproach.Allofthetraineeshaveindicatedthatthebenefitsoftheconstructedcontext-awareu-learningenvironmentarethatitis‘‘systematic”,‘‘authentic”,and‘‘economical”.Theyemphasizedthattheu-learningsystemismuchmoreorganizedthantraditionalone-to-oneinstructionowingtoitsabilitytoremindthetraineesofeverydetailedpointclearlyandspecifically,andsuchasystematiclearningfacilitycouldincreaselearningefficiency.Theyalsoindicatedthattheywouldprefertolearnwithsuchau-learningsystembecauseofitsconvenienceandinnovativesystem.Onetraineeevenindicatedthatalmosttwicethetimeandmanpowerfortrainingnovicescanbesavedbypracticingwiththisu-learningsystem.Inconclusion,theinnovativeapproachproposedinthisstudycaneffectivelyandefficientlyimprovetheperformanceoftrainingcomplexproblem-solvingskillsintherealworld.Researchersareencouragedtodevelopmorerelatedu-learningsystems,andtocarefullyexaminetheirimpactsonstudentlearning.Inaddition,thesuccessfulexperienceoftrainingresearchersintheprocedureofsingle-crystalX-raydiffractionrevealsthepossibilityofapplyingtheinnovativeapproachtootherscienceenvironments,suchasspecificphysicsorchemistryexperiments.Fromtheaspectsofeconomics,efficiencyandeffectiveness,itisworthtryingtodevelopcontext-awareubiquitouslearningenvironmentsforsuchcomplexexperimentalproceduresthatneedtobeconductedviaone-to-oneinstructions.
