helpenablecustomerstodesignandcreatetheirownend-productsolutionsthatmeetapplicablefunctionalsafetystandardsand

requirements.Nonetheless,suchcomponentsaresubjecttotheseterms.

NoTIcomponentsareauthorizedforuseinFDAClassIII(orsimilarlife-criticalmedicalequipment)unlessauthorizedofficersoftheparties

haveexecutedaspecialagreementspecificallygoverningsuchuse.

whichhavenotbeensodesignatedissolelyattheBuyer''srisk,andthatBuyerissolelyresponsibleforcompliancewithalllegaland

regulatoryrequirementsinconnectionwithsuchuse.

TIhasspecificallydesignatedcertaincomponentsasmeetingISO/TS16949requirements,mainlyforautomotiveuse.Inanycaseofuseof

non-designatedproducts,TIwillnotberesponsibleforanyfailuretomeetISO/TS16949.
