10MBdoptocouplersutilizingahighefficientinputLED

ThedetectorhasanopendrainNMOS-transistoroutput,

providinglessleakagecomparedtoanopencollector

Schottkyclampedtransistoroutput.TheVO2630,VO2631,

andVO4661aredualchannel10MBdoptocouplers.Forthe

singlechanneltype,anenablefunctiononpin7allowsthe

detectortobestrobed.Theinternalshieldprovidesa

guaranteedcommonmodetransientimmunityof5kV/μsfor

theVO2601andVO2631and15kV/μsfortheVO2611and

VO4661.Theuseofa0.1μFbypasscapacitorconnected
