SA387压力容器用铬-钼合金钢板

1、SA387按所含的合金元素分为如下几个等级:级别公称含铬量,%公称含钼量,%20.500.50121.000.50111.250.502
2,22L2.251.0021,21L3.001.0055.000.5099.001.00919.001.001.1除21L、2
2L和91级外,每个级别的钢板按其热处理不同而有如拉伸性能表所示的两个抗拉强度类别。在退货状态下这些级别的钢板仅适用于1类。21L
和22L级也仅适用于第1类钢,而91级别钢板也仅适用于第2类钢。2、SA387钢板的制造工艺:钢应为镇静钢。3、SA387钢板的热
处理3.1除91级钢外,所有钢板均应热处理,热处理方法为退火、正火加回火,或者当采购方同意时,从奥氏体化温度采用鼓风或液体淬冷的
方法加速冷却,随后进行回火。最低回火温度如下:类别温度,℉(℃)2,12,111150(620)22,22L,2L,21L,912
50(675)51300(705)3.1.191级钢板应在1900~1975℉(1040~1080℃)正火并在不低于1350~
1470℉(730~800℃)下回火。3.2级别5、9、21、21L、22、22L和91的订货钢板,当未指明按3.1条的要求热处
理时,则应以消除应力处理或退火状态交货。3.3未指明按3.1条的要求热处理的订货钢板,如需采购热处理时,应有采购方按3.1条和所
