Procedures
TheCommitteeshallmeetasoftenasitdeterminesisappropriatetocarryoutits
responsibilitiesunderthischarter.TheChairpersonoftheCommittee,inconsultationwith
theotherCommitteemembers,shalldeterminethefrequencyandlengthoftheCommittee
meetingsandshallsetmeetingagendasconsistentwiththischarter.
