andmainlandgovernmentsshouldconfrontthisproblemandtrytoworkoutasolution.

mainland
HongKongarchitectscouldonlyopenarchitecturaldesignfirmsinmainland,theyare
notallowedtoestablishdesignunits.ThisaddsinconveniencestothepracticeofHong
Kongarchitectsinmainland.

andcharacteristics
TherearedifferencesbetweenHongKongandmainlandarchitecturalmanagement
modelsandworkingcultures,itisnecessaryforarchitectsfrombothsidesto
communicatesincerely,andtorespectandunderstandeachandother’scultureand
characteristics.

HongKongandmainlandarchitectscould,withthehelpofrelatedgovernment
