4.3Dealwithchemicalleak化学品泄露的处理
4.3.1Leakofchemicalswillcausepoisoningortransformtofireorblastaccident.
化学品的泄漏，容易发生中毒或转化为火灾爆炸事故。
4.3.2Ifliquidchemicallikewaterymaterial,painting,printinginkandwastewatergiveawayfromcontainer,operatorsshouldtakepromptactionstorepairorplugthegapetopreventFurtherleakout.
盛装稀释剂、油漆、油墨、废水等液体化学品容器发生泄漏后，操作人员应立即采取措施修补和堵塞裂口,制止化学品的进一步泄漏。
4.3.3Ifliquidchemicalsgiveawaytothegroundandspreadallround,wecanusesand、sorbentmaterialandcounteractivematerialtoabsorb.
液体化学品泄漏到地面上四处蔓延扩散时，可用沙子、吸附材料、中和材料等吸收中和。
4.3.4Collectleakageandsendtospecifiedplacetodisposethemsafelyandproperly.
及时收集现场泄漏物运至指定的废物处理（存放）场所得到安全可靠的处置。
4.3.5Ifalittlechemicalleaks,thefirstobserveroroperatorshouldtakeactiontodealwithitandreporttohissupervisor.
若发生少量化学品泄露，第一目击人员或操作员应及时处理并将情况报部门主管。
4.3.6Ifmassleakagehappened,theyshouldtakepromptactiontodealwithandrepottotheirsupervisor,Adminsupervisorandsecurityteam.
若发生大量化学品泄露，应立即采取措施并向部门主管、行政负责人和安全领导小组汇报。
4.3.7Ifleakedchemicalsinjureskinoreye,theyshouldusewatertowashandcounteractorsendtohospitalinseriouscase.
若因化学品泄露而造成皮肤、眼睛等人员损伤时，应及时用清水冲洗、中和，情况严重的应及时送医院治疗。

procedures.
若因化学品泄露而引发火灾，应立即启动火灾事故的处理程序。
4.4Dealwithearthquake地震灾害的处理
4.4.1Ifearthquakehappened(lastingforabout1minute),theyshouldhideunderlowbarycenterandfirmdesk.Ifthereisnoproperplace,theymustfindsomethingtoprotecttheirhead.
震灾发生时（大地晃动时间约为1分钟左右），首先在重心较低、且结实牢固的桌子下面躲避，没有可供藏身的场合，也要用物品保护好头部。?

各部门主管/领班/义务安全员负责将门打开，确保出口畅通。?

在晃动间隙时间，行政部总控室立即通过公司的广播呼叫室内(车间、办公室等)所有员工安全、有序的撤离到室外空旷地带。
4.4.4Inevacuation,theyshouldtakecareofcullet,tileorotherthingsfallingfromUpperplace.
在向室外疏散时，要留意碎玻璃、砖瓦等其他物品掉下来砸在身上。
4.4.5Ifpowersupplyiscutoffduringearthquake,guardleadershouldassignguardsofeachpositiontousetorchtoevacuatestaffatnarrowstairwayandavoidconfusion.
在震灾发生时若有停电情况,行政部值班组长应迅速指派各岗位保卫人员携带手电到楼梯狭窄地带疏导员工安全撤离，避免混乱、拥挤场面出现。
4.4.6Ifsomeoneisinjured,theyshouldgivefirstaid.Iftheconditionofinjuryisserious,Adminshouldask120forhelp.
如有人员受伤，立即采取急救措施，伤势严重的由行政部及时拨打120急救电话请求援助。
4.4.7Ondutyguardsshouldcloselytakecareofsomeimportantpartaspaintingstore,airroomandpowersupplyroomtopreventaccident.
当值保卫人员应密切留意油漆仓库、空压室、配电室等重点防火、防爆部位,是否有险情发生。
4.4.8Iffireaccidenthappenedinearthquake,theyshoulddealwithitaccordingtofireAccidentprocedures.
若地震引发火灾，应立即启动火灾事故的处理程序。
4.4.9Insevereearthquake,iffireenginecannotputoutfiretotally,securityteamshouldtakeearlyactiontominimizedisaster.
大地震时，若有不能依赖消防车来灭火的情形，安全领导小组应及时组织人员厉行早期灭火，将地震灾害控制在最小程度。
4.5Power/Water/AirPress电/水/气

当公司遇到没有事先通知的停电/停水时,由设施部负责向相关政府部门了解情况，取
得何时恢复正常的信息。

设施部将使用公司新的发电机安排有关电和水的切换。
4.5.3MIShaveUPStopreventtheloseofdataandinformation.
MIS有UPS来预防数据和资料的丢失。

NTST将联系本地喷涂厂商在必要时给予我们支持。

由于停水/电造成的产品不良，按照“不合格品的控制”(NT-2803-QA-001)处理；导致过程失控，按照“过程失控控制程序”(NT-2705-QA-001)处理.
4.5.6Ifairpressstoppedsuddenly,turnoffallswitchesofthewholeline,transportproductoutofovenandavoidproducttransfiguration,referredto“MachineoperationWI”
突然停气后，应将整条生产线所有喷漆控制开关旋转至关闭或OFF位置，将烘箱里的产品输送出来,避免产品烤变形,按《设备操作工作指引》进行。
4.5.7Recordthetimeofairpresshalt,andnoticeFacilityDepttohandleatonce.
记录停气时间,同时立即通知设施部处理。
4.5.8Afterthepowerleaveoff,actaccordingto“MachineoperationWI”
气压稳定后按《设备操作工作指引》进行作业
4.6Materialmanagement物料管理
4.6.1Materialdept.requestallsuppliertoprepare5daysDSIandprepare1-2daysDSIatNSUsite.
物料部门要求所有供应商准备5天的安全库存量，并在厂内准备1-2天的安全库存。
4.6.2Materialdept.shallcontinuouslylookforsecondsource.
物料部门应持续寻找第二供应商。
4.7Labors人力
4.7.1Staffcantaketaxitofactoryifthefactorybusislateandthecostispaidbycompany.
如果公司班车晚点，员工可以坐出租车上班，费用由公司支付。
4.7.2AllsupervisorscancontacttheirstafftocomebackforOTifit’snecessaryunderthecritical
