Thisstudydesignedathree-factor,three-levelorthogonalexperimentswithpesticides(10%emamectinbenzoate·indoxacard SC,5%chlorantraniliproleSCand0.8%rotenoneSC),adjuvants(organosilicon,lecithinandmineralOil),sprayvolume(21, 2 24and27L/hm),referredtothethree-factor,three-levelorthogonalexperimentalscheme.Andmadetheblankfactorthedevia‐ tiontoanalyzeitsrationality.Analysisofvariance(ANOVA)statisticalmethodwasusedtoanalyzethesignificancelevelof eachfactor.Duncan''snewmultiplerangetest(DMRT)methodwasusedtoanalyzetheorderoftheinfluenceofdifferentlevels ofeachfactoronthecontrolefficacyagainstRiceChiloSuppressalis(walker).Theresultsshowedthat,undertheexperiment conditionsofthisresearch,themeansquarevalueofthedeviationfactorwassmallerthanthemeansquarevalueofthepesti‐ cides,theadjuvantsandthesprayvolume,andthedeviationoftheorthogonalexperimentwaswithinareasonablerange.The mainorderoftheeffectofthethreefactorsonthecontrolefficacyofRiceChiloSuppressalis(walker)was:adjuvants>pesti‐ cides>sprayvolumn.Onthe14thdayafterspraying,pesticidesshowedasignificanteffectonthecontrolefficacy(P<0.05)and adjuvantsshowedahighlysignificanteffectonthecontrolefficacy(P<0.01),andsprayvolumeshowednosignificanteffecton thecontrolefficacy.Onthe14thdayafterspraying,thelevel3ofthefactor"pesticides"wasmoreeffective,intheorderofRo‐ tenone>Chlorantraniliprole>EmamectinBenzoate·Indoxacard.Thelevel1ofthefactor"adjuvants"wasmoreeffective,in theorderofOrganosilicon>Lecithin>MineralOil.Thelevel3ofthefactor"sprayvolume"wasmoreeffective,intheorder 222 of27L/hm>24L/hm>21L/hm.Therefore,apreferredpesticide-adjuvantsmixturemethodwas0.8%rotenoneSC,organo‐ siliconadjuvantsand27L/hm2ofsprayvolume,whichhadarapidandlong-lastingcontrolefficacy,anditscontrolefficacyin thefieldreached81.45%onthe14thdayafterspraying.Additionally,therewasalsoasatisfactorypesticide-adjuvantsmixture methodthatwas5%Chlorantraniliprole,organosiliconadjuvantsand24L/hm2ofsprayvolume.Thismixturemethodalsoper‐ formedwell,achieving79.3%controlefficacyinthefieldonthe14thdayafterspraying.Thisstudycouldprovideareference fortheoptimizationofthemixturemethodsofsolutions(pesticides,adjuvantsandsprayvolume)forcontrollingRiceChilo Suppressalis(walker).
