消息(在初始的RA中,Msg3传输的是RRCSetupRequest消息),RRCSetupRequest消息携带RRC建立原因和
UE标识,请求建立RRC连接。其中;RRC连接建立原因由上层设定。UE标识可以是S-TMSI或随机数。如果上层提供了S-TMSI,
则携带S-TMSI信息给gNodeB。如果没有S-TMSI信息,则生成一个0~239-1之间的随机数给gNodeB。gNodeB为

消息中携带SRB1资源配置的详细信息。UE根据RRCSetup消息指示的SRB1资源信息,进行无线资源配置,然后发送RRCSetu

eredAMF、s-nssai-list和NAS。gNodeB为UE分配专用的RAN-UE-NGAP-ID,gNodeB根据sel
ectedPLMN-Identity、registeredAMF、s-nssai-list选择AMF节点,然后将RRCSetupC
omplete消息中携带的NAS通过InitialUeMessage发送给AMF,触发NG-C连接建立gNodeB透传UE和AMF
之间的NAS直传消息,完成IDENTITY查询、鉴权、NAS安全模式和注册过程等。AMF向gNodeB发送INITIALCONT
EXTSETUPREQUEST消息,启动初始上下文建立过程。仅当INITIALCONTEXTSETUPREQUEST消息
中未携带UERadioCapabilityIE时,在安全模式过程完成后,gNodeB才会向UE发送UECapabilityE
nquiry消息,发起UE能力查询过程,对应7~9。否则,后续流程跳过7~9。仅当INITIALCONTEXTSETUPRE
QUEST消息中携带了PDUSessionResourceSetupRequestListIE时,在UE能力查询过程完
成后,gNodeB才会向UE下发经过加密与完整性保护的RRCReconfiguration消息,指示UE建立SRB2和DRB,对应10和11。否则,后续流程跳过10和11。gNodeB向UE发送SecurityModeCommand消息,通知UE启动完整性保护和加密过程。此后,启动下行加密。UE根据SecurityModeCommand消息指示的完整性保护和加密算法,派生出密钥,然后向gNodeB回复SecurityModeComplete消息。此后,启动上行加密。gNodeB向UE发送UECapabilityEnquiry消息,发起UE能力查询过程。UE向gNodeB回复UECapabilityInformation消息,携带UE能力信息。gNodeB向AMF发送UERADIOCAPABILITYINFOINDICATION消息,透传UE能力。gNodeB向UE下发RRCReconfiguration消息,指示建立SRB2和DRB。在专用NG-C连接建立过程中的加密与完整性保护执行完之后,gNodeB向UE发送携带srb-ToAddModList信元的RRCReconfiguration消息,指示UE建立SRB2和DRB。UE收到RRCReconfiguration消息后,开始建立SRB2和DRB。UE根据消息指示:建立对应的PDCP实体并配置相关安全参数。建立并配置RLC实体。建立并配置DCCH逻辑信道。SRB2和DRB建立成功后,UE向gNodeB回复RRCReconfigurationComplete消息。gNodeB向AMF回复INITIALCONTEXTSETUPRESPONSE消息。NAS鉴权、安全模式信令????RRC安全模式命令&RRC安全模式完成??UECapabilityEnquiry&UECapabilityInformation??RRCReconfiguration&RRCReconfigurationComplete说明此处的RRC连接重配虽无INITIALCONTEXTSETUPREQUEST信令分析,但根据以上流程分析应未携带PDUSessionResourceSetupRequestList,故跳过了10和11步骤,SRB2和DRB需要再PDU会话建立完成后建立。本条RRC连接重配为测量配置。?
