昆明理工大学附属小学简介
祖 国 西 南，云贵高原， 莲花池畔 。创建 于 2017 年 的 昆明理工大学
附属 小学 孕 育于 此 ，发展于 此 ， 服 务于 此 。 是 一 所具 有优良办学传统
的 省属公办学校 。
昆明理工大学附属小学，秉承昆明理工大学优良的办学精神和传
统，秉持“塑造健全人格，奠基幸福人生”的幸福教育办学理念，践
行“教得幸福，教了幸福；学得幸福，学了幸福”的核心精髓。提倡
“幸福校长培（陪）幸福教师，幸福教师育幸福学子，幸福学子融幸
福家庭，幸福家庭创幸福生活”；以“优师立校、文化建校、阅读润校、
科技创校、质量强校、特色兴校”六个纬度为发展战略， 促进 学生的
全面发展， 推动 学校的可持续发展和高质量发展。
学校 以“明德尚美 自信阳光”为校训，以“培根养正 着眼未来”

学校组建了一支师德高尚、业务精湛、乐于奉献、团结进取的教
师团队。现有教师 91 人，平均年龄 32.9 岁，其中党员教师 25 名。 全
国名班主任 1 人，昆明教学名师 1 人，昆明市学科带头人 1 人，昆明
市骨干教师 1 人，昆明市名班主任 4 人，昆明市教坛新秀 5 人，区级
学科带头人、骨干教师、教坛新秀 21 人。 全体老师匠心耕耘、成绩斐
然， 石梦媛团队荣获 云南省教育教学成 果 一等 奖 ， 学校有 国家级课 题
1 个，省级课 题 4 个，市级课 题 6 个，区级课 题 5 个。 昆明市先进班
集体 4 个，区级雏鹰中队 13 个。 学校现有一至六年级 37 个班， 1545
名学生。
办学 5 年多来， 学校蓬勃发展，目前 已形成一校三点的办学格局 ，
先后被授予全国名班主任工作室联盟基地校，全国民族非遗和课程融
合基地校，全国家校共育创新实验学校，全国艺术教育先进单位，云
南省小学语文基地校，云南省 2020 年全民阅读示范基地，云南省“平
安校园”，云南省“云岭红烛·育人先锋”党建工作示范学校，昆明市
2021 年语言文字规范化示范达标校，昆明市 2021 年“绿色学校”，五
华区文明校园等 90 余 项荣誉。
新 时期， 昆明理工大学附属小学 将 继续 继承和发扬昆工“根植红

A brief introduction to the Affiliated Primary School of Kunming University
of Science and Technology(KUST)
Founded in 2017, located in southwest of China,in Yunnan-Guizhou
Plateau, with the beautiful lotus pond nearby,the Affiliated Primary
School of KUST is conceiving , developing , and serving as a provincial
public school with excellent school-running tradition.
The school adheres to the fine school spirit and tradition of
KUST,upholds to the educational philosophy of “ shaping a healthy
personality and laying a foundation for a happy life”,practices the core
essence of “teach with happiness, teach for happiness; learn with
happiness, learn for happiness”.
The school promotes“happy principal train (accompany) happy
teachers, happy teachers educate happy students, happy students
integrate into happy families, and happy families create happy lives”.The
six dimensions“establish the school with excellent teachers, build the
school with culture, enrich the school with reading, establish the school
with science and technology, strengthen the school with quality, and
develop the school with characteristics” are our strategies for promoting
all-round development of the students and a sustainable high-quality
development of the school.
The school takes “ cherish virtue and morality,cultivate self-confident
and optimistic” as the school motto, “nurture the foundation,look to the
future” as the school spirit, “ teach with high academic and fraternity” as
the style of teaching,“behave with etiquette ,devote to study with
curiosity” as the style of learning,which to cultivate happy students who
are glad to cooperate,study and enjoy their happy lives.To lay the lifelong
development foundation of the students, we are dedicated to run a
happiness centered learning school with noble virtues,diligent
study,professional teaching and research, high quality and premium brand
to promote truly implement the fundamental task of
strengthening Morality Education, cultivate talent for the Party and the
State.
The school members are all with high morality,outstanding teaching
skills, with serving, progressing and united spirit.We have 91 teachers,
with an average age of 32.9, including 25 party members.One of them is
entitled as national famous class headteacher,9 of them are entitled as
the Kunming city’s famous class headteacher,famous teacher,academic
leading teacher and teaching backbone.Five young teachers are entitled
as the rising stars of the city, and other 21 members are entitled as
backbone, rising star and academic leading teacher of the district.The
school currently has 37 classes from grade one to six with 1545 students.
All the teachers worked with ingenuity and achieved remarkable
results.Shi Mengyuan’s team has won the first prize of education and
teaching achievements in Yunnan Province.The school achieved one
national founded research program, with 5 provincial founded, 6 Kunming
city founded, and 5 Wuhua District founded.4 classes are entitled as
outstanding class of Kunming city, 13 classes are entitled as Young Eagles
Pioneers of the Wuhua District.
Over the past 5 years, the school has developed vigorously with
three campus.We have awarded more than 90 titles, as the base school of
the National Famous Class headteacher Studio Alliance,National
intangible cultural heritage and curriculum fusion base school,National
School Co-education Innovation Experimental School,National advanced
unit of art education,Yunnan Primary School Language Base
