舞步名称及动作要领
准备步( one two three) ( two two three) (1 2 3 4 5 6)
右转步( Natural Turn )(俗称135)(one two three)( 1 2 3)
男士要领:
右脚反身前进,身体转动1/8,跟掌,没有倾斜;
左脚向侧,身体继续转动1/8,掌,上升,准备向右倾斜;
右脚并至左脚,身体继续向右转动1/8,向右倾斜,结尾下降;
结束后男士背对舞程线,女士面对舞程线,开始跳A线
右旋转(Natural Spin Turn )(俗称360度转)(one two three)( 1 2 3)
1)左脚向斜后方完成轴转,转动1/2(掌跟),身体稍转;
2)右脚跟掌前进,顺着舞程线,转动1/2,升起,身体继续向右转;
3)左脚后退偏向侧,转动1/2,身体稍转,掌跟落下
跑步右旋转(Running Natural Spin Turn )(俗称360度转)(one& two three)( 1& 2 3)
转锁步向右至侧行位(turing lock to pp)(即开式位结束)( one& two three)( 1 + 2 3 三拍走四步 )
女士要领: 1.右腿上下降,有力地沿着舞程线出左脚一大步
2.右脚锁在左脚后(用脚尖锁步,身体平稳不能有弹动)
3.朝着男士的方向左脚前进一大步(包围男士),掌向右转动二分之一,右脚刷步并向左脚,待身体转动到位后头部转动完成
4.右脚直线向前一大步,结束于PP位
5.由侧行至追步(也叫前进并合步)( one two& three) ( 1 2 + 3三拍走四步 )
6.快分式左转(Quick Open Reverse Turn)
( one& two three)( 1 + 2 3 三拍走四步 )
要点:第一步男士走女士的外侧,第四步结束后女士在男士的外侧
6.1快分式左转接轴转(Quick Open Reverse Turn with Pivots) ( one& two& three)
7.翻滚转(Tumble Turn)( one two& three) ( 1 2 + 3三拍走四步 )
具体跳法(女士):
1)面对舞程线开始,左脚前进反身动作,跟着身体转动八分之一,没有倾斜。结束于中央斜线;
2)右脚前进,掌转动四分之一,保持左倾斜;
3)左脚在反身动作位置下交叉于右脚后,保持左倾斜;
4)右脚经过左脚脚边完成二分之一轴转,右倾斜结束.
7.1切分节奏的翻滚转( Syncopated Tumble Turn)( one& two& three)
7.2翻滚转进入到外侧舞伴位( Syncopated Tumble Turn into Outside Partner )( one& two& three&)
抛式过度倾斜(Throwaway Oversway ) ( one two three)
盘旋至并进位(Hover To PP)( one two three)
锁步到右剑步(Lock Step to right Lunge )( one two& three) ( one two three)
右转抑制步,进入左轴转( Natural Check with Reverse Pivot) ( one two three)
向右的侧行追赶步(Progressive Chasse to Right)( one two& three)(第2步转动1/8 第3步转动1/8 )
12.1向右滚追步( Rolling Chasse to Right)( one two& three)
伦巴交叉步接轴转结束(Rumba Cross with Pivot Ending )( one& two& three)
外侧换步(Outside Change)( one two three)
分式右转(行径右转)(Passing Natural Turn )(Open Natural Turn )( one two three)
轻快的并退步(Lilting Fallaway) ( one& two three)
弹动并退步(Bounce Fallaway) ( one& two three)
侧交叉步(Side Cross)( one two three)

双左旋转接轴转(从双左旋转开始的超量过度旋转)(Double Reverse with Pivots)
盘旋截步(Hover Corte) ( one two three)
后退锁步(Back Lock Step) ( one two& three)(男士前锁 女士后锁)
外侧旋转(Outside Spin)( one two three)
男士要点: 1)反身动作位置中轴转,左脚小步后退(掌跟);2)反身动作位置外侧舞伴右脚前进(跟掌);
女士要点: 1)反身动作位置中外侧舞伴右脚前进开始向右转(跟掌),结尾上升;2)左脚并右脚转动5/8(掌继续升);
3)在舞伴双脚之间右脚前进(掌跟),继续转动1/4,结尾下降;
