辅锅炉操作规程
AUXILIARY BOILER OPERATION GUIDE
TYPE: CPH -- 44
启动: START
确认锅炉水位在正常位置，合上电源。
Make sure that boiler water level is normal，switch on the power.
打开燃油管线上各阀，启动燃油泵，调节燃油压力2.0 MPa 。
Open valves on the FO line，start the FO pump，adjust the pressure to 2.0 MPa.。
打开雾化空气阀，放残水，调整雾化压力0.5MPa 。
Open the atomizing air valve，drain out the water，adjust pressure to 0.5 MPa .
将炉旁和集控室的燃油，风门，给水控制均放在AUTO位置，起动风机（低速）。当蒸汽压力低于0.4 MPa时，必须在炉旁执行操作程序.
Set the “FO”，“AIR DUMPER” and “FEED WATER CONTROL” at “AUTO”position， start the feed fan（low speed）。When steam pressure is below 0.4MPa，the operation must be carried out on the boiler control panel beside the boiler.
按动燃烧器START启动按钮，风门开度100%，进行炉膛预扫风2~3分钟，风门关小至10%，此时然油循环阀关，调节阀开度25%，油压上升至2.0 MPa。点火油泵启动，油压0.9 MPa，点火燃烧器启动，主油阀打开，主燃烧器燃烧，点火燃烧器停止。
Push the “burner start” button， the air dumper will open to 100% ，the combustion chamber will be purged for about 2~3 minutes. Then air dumper will close to 10%，meanwhile the FO circulating valve will close，FO inlet regulating valve will be 25% open degree，oil pressure will rise to 2.0MPa。Igniting oil pump will start running，do pressure 0.9MPa，and the pilot burner will fire on，mean time the main FO valve will open，then the main burner will be lit。And then the pilot burner stops.
待压力升至0.6 MPa以上时，打开蒸汽预热阀，放残水，逐渐打开主蒸汽阀。启动给水泵。
After the steam pressure is above 0.6MPa，open the warm up valve of main steam，drain out the water，open the main steam valve slowly. Start the feed water pump.
将雾化空气换成蒸汽。操纵位置转至集控室，并转为“AUTO”运行模式。
Change over atomizing air to steam. Turn the control switch to “C/R”，and set the mode switch at“AUTO”on engine control console.
当加热器温度达到85oC以上时，逐渐将DO转换成HFO，不要过快防止泵咬死。
When the FO heater temperature is above 85℃，change over “DO” to “HFO slowly，not too fast to avoid the pump jamming.
当货油泵启动时将EGE FEED PUMP 切换至A/B FEED PUMP。
Change over “EGE FEED PUMP”to “A/B FEED PUMP”before the COPT start running.
当一台锅炉油压超过1.0 MPa时，启动另一台锅炉并联运行。
When the oil pressure exceeds 1.0MPa during single boiler running，the other boiler must be set into operation in parallel.
辅炉转换成废气炉程序
THE PROCEDURE FOR A/B BOILER AND EGE CHANGING OVER
将燃油加温阀关闭，当温度降至90—100oC时，将HFO转换成DO燃烧。
Shut FO heating valves，when oil temperature drops to 90~100℃，change over HFO to DO.
将燃烧模式由HP转换成LP，给水泵转换成EGE FEED PUMP。
Change over the burning mode from “HP” to “LP”，and feed water from “A/B FEED WATER PUMP” to “EGE FEED PUMP”.
将废气炉阀进出口阀打开。两炉连通阀打开，启动炉水循环泵。
Open the inlet and outlet valves on EGE，open the connecting valves between the EGE and A/B。Start boiler water circulating pump.
将燃烧模式转至MANUL，停掉风机，关雾化蒸汽阀，停燃油泵。
Set the burning mode to “MANUL”，stop the feed fan，close the atomizing steam valve，stop the FO pump.
