辅锅炉应急操作
EMERGENCY OPERATION FOR AUX BOILER
点火 IGNITING
将燃油，风门和给水等放在手动位置 。
Keep auxiliaries such as F.O.P, F.D.F, F.W.P, etc. in manual running.
风门位置开到100%，（扫风位置）。
Set the F.D.F control position=100% (purge position).
进行炉膛扫风2分钟以上。
Carry out the furnace purge for a period of 2 minutes or more.
将雾化蒸汽阀开关置于ON（上端）。
Turn the ATOM.STM.VALVE sw .to ON (upper side).
将风门位置放在10%（点火位置）。
Set the F.D.F control position=10% (ign. position ).
将燃油控制位置放在25%（点火位置）。
Set the F.O control position=25% (ign. position).
将点火燃烧器开关打开并确认点火燃烧器着火。
Switch on PILOT BNR. sw and make sure that the pilot burner is ignited.
将燃油循环阀开关打开并确认燃油压力升高。
Switch on F.O CIRC.VALVE sw. and make sure that the FO pressure has increased.
将燃油阀打开并确认主燃烧器着火。
Switch on F.O VALVE sw. and make sure that the main burner is ignited.
当主燃烧器着火后将点火燃烧器开关置于OFF（下端）。
When the main burner is ignited ,turn the PILOT BURN. sw to OFF.
调节燃油/风门比率。
Adjust the burner firing fuel/air rate.
注意：当燃烧器在指定的时间内未着火，将燃油阀，燃油循环阀，点火器开关置于OFF根据第二条进行炉膛再扫风。
NOTE: When the burner fail to ignite within several seconds, turn the F.O.VALVE,F.O CIRCU.VALVE, and PILOT BNR. sw to OFF ,followed by procedures from 2. furnace purge again.
熄火 EXTINGUISHING
将燃油阀和燃油循环阀开关置于OFF。
Turn the F.O VALVE and F.O CIRCU.VALVE sw to OFF.
将风门控制位置放在10%。
Set the F.D.F control position=10%.
将点火燃烧器开关置于ON并确认点火燃烧器着火。
Turn the PILOT BURN. sw. to ON and make sure the pilot burner is ignited.
将油枪吹除开关置于ON。
Turn the GUN PURGE sw. to ON.
在油枪吹除完成后，再进行吹除大约10秒钟。
Carry out the gun purge approx.10 seconds. Upon completion of the gun purge.
将油枪吹除开关置于OFF。
Turn the GUN PURGE sw. to OFF.
将点火燃烧器开关置于OFF。
Turn the PILOT BUR. sw to OFF.
将风门控制位置置于100%。
Set the F.D.F control position=100%.
进行炉膛扫风2分钟以上。
Carry out the furnace purge sufficiently.(2 minutes or more).
停止 STOP
将雾化蒸汽阀开关置于OFF。
Turn the ATOM.STM.VALVE sw. to OFF.
将风门位置置于0%。
Set the F.D.F control position=0%.
将燃油控制位置置于25%。
Set the F.O control position=25%.
