DIESEL GENERATOR OPERATION GUIDE
TYPE: WARTSILA 6L20
启动前检查
PREPARATION FOR STARTING
油底壳油位正常（在刻度尺中央位置）。
The lubricating oil level is correct。
燃油系统正常运转（预热正常，压力正常，高压油泵循环预热充分。）
The fuel system is in running order（correct preheating，correct pressure，sufficient pre-circulation to heat the fuel injection pumps）。
高低温淡水正常（压力正常，预热正常，机体预热充分）
Both cooling water systems，LT-and HT-water circuit，are in running order（correct pressures，circulating water preheated and pre-circulated sufficiently to heat the engine）。
调速器和透平油位正常。
The oil level in the governor and turbocharger is correct。
起动空气压力超过7.5BAR.
The starting air system is drained of condensate。
如果机器没有充分预热需空转15分钟.
If the engine is not preheated, it must be run 15minutes before the full load。
二．启动：START
1. 启动预滑油泵（通常自动），压力0.5BAR.
Start the pre-lubricating oil pump。Pressure 0.5bar.
转车两周或冲车(停止手柄在“停止”位置).
Turn the crankshaft two revolutions.
脱开转车机.
Disengage the turning gear.
检查停车手柄在工作位置. 打开启动空气阀,放残结束后关闭放残阀.
Check that the stop lever is in work position, open the starting air valve, shut the blow-off valve when there is no more condensate.
按下启动按钮至发火(若按下后2~3秒没有启动,需做进一步检查).
Push the start button until the engine starts firing. If the engine does not start after 2 – 3 seconds, the reason should be checked.
启动后检查压力和温度值正常.
Check pressure and temperature values after start.
停车：STOP
转1分钟.
Idle the engine 1 min before stopping.
关闭调压阀前的启动空气截止阀.
Close the starting air shut-off valve located before the pressure regulating valve.
按下停止按钮或者将停车手柄拉到STOP位置.
Push the stop button or move the stop lever into stop position.
当准备长时间停车的时候
检查示功COCK关闭(防止水进入汽缸和烟道).
Check If the engine is to be stopped for a lengthy time.
that the indicator valves are closed.
每隔一天运转预滑油泵同时盘车到一个新的位置以防止轴颈
和轴承以及暴露部分腐蚀.
Fill the lubrication oil system on a stopped engine with oil every second day by priming the engine at the same time, turn the crankshaft into a new position this reduces the risk of corrosion on journals and bearings when the engine is exposed to vibrations.
冲车并且每周启动以确保一切正常.
Run the engine by the air starter with open indicator valves and start the engine once a week to check that everything is in order.
遥控停车：REMOTE STOP
自带循环水泵的副机停车前空转不要超过3~5分钟.
Engines with built-on circulating water pump: idling should not be run more than 3-5minutes before stopping.
按下遥控停止按钮.
Press the remote control stop button.
当机器停止转速降低到某特定值,系统警报,停车和速度遥控将被切断,信号灯指示停车,自动预滑油泵立即运转.
When the engine stops and the speed decreases below a certain limit, the system for alarm, stop and speed remote control will be disconnected and the signal lamp indicating that the engine is running goes out. In engines equipped with automatic lubricating oil priming pumps, the pump will be started at the same time.
