Emergency Shut Down Procedure
If any of the receiving vessel’s personnel discovers an oil spill either on deck outside fixed
Containment , or on the water , or believes an oil spill is likely , he or she shall request
Immediate shutdown of the bunkering operation.
船上任何同仁於加油中，若發現有漏油或有油污染現象時，得要求緊急中斷加油
In an emergency , require bunker barge to shut down the cargo pump immediately by air
horn ,or walkie-talkie , or portable telephone , or emergency shut down button or lever to
stop the bunkering operation.
緊急情況下，可使用氣笛，或對講機，或電話，或緊急停止按鈕或繩索，來通知
加油船中斷加油
