萬海50系列船舶使用低硫MGO換油過程



changeover procedure for Wan Hai 50 Series Fleet using LSMGO



Changeover Procedure from LSHFO to LSMGO(S<0.1%) on arrival in EU community ports at anchor or berth for Auxiliary generator and Boiler (Through SECAs)



1.到港換油前,必須將柴油日用櫃)沉澱櫃輪機長在換油務必將及殘油將高硫油入櫃。Prior to the fuel changeover before entering port, low Sulphur MGO must be prepared in D.O. service tank(15.49M3)or D.O. settling tank (19.77 M3). During the changeover of fuel, the Chief Engineer must drain the residual heavy fuel oil from Generator Engine and Auxiliary boiler to service tank, and mixture of high-sulfur HFO into the D.O. service tank is not allowed.



2.確保駕駛台下達finish with engine車令及艏推電源脫開後用低硫Low sulphur MGO(Marine Gas Oil S≦0.1%m/m in accordance with regulation)should be used in the Generator Engine and Auxiliary Boiler by the bridge orders “finish with engine” and bow thrust power is switched off.



3. 系統換油操作開始,除記錄於換油記錄表外同時尚需須將各低硫輕柴油油

艙櫃之存油量、日期、時間及港名記錄於機艙日誌保留在船三年。

The procedure begins of change operation from HFO to MGO, it should be written in fuel changeover record sheet. Besides, remain in each tank for low sulphur MGO, date, time and port name should also be recorded in the engine room log for three years on board.

4. 燃油加熱器需完全緊密關閉以避免MGO產生汽化

FO heater and Heat tracing device must be OFF to avoid any vapor from MGO.

Generator engine

1.Yammar service news(No.06-2-G-07-009-S-Rev.3) ensure the viscosity of min 1.8cst at engine inlet. 所以此次供油規格2.5CST at 50oC是符合Yanmar 要求。

Yammar service news (No.06-2-G-07-009-S-Rev.3) ensures the viscosity of min 1.8cst at engine inlet. So the oil specification 2.5CST at 50oC is in line with Yanmar requirements.



2.發電機換用低硫MGO時需要避免油温變化快或不平均導致油頭,高壓油泵等零件刮傷或卡住。

a)為確保機器運轉正常,請於空載運轉後開始從機側燃油進口閥切換換油。

b)進SECAs前使用之發電機由HSFO切換為LSFO。在SECAs內發電機全用LSFO 。

c.)FWE後輪機長依船上實際用電狀況決定1台或2台G/E使用低硫MGO來節省昂貴費用。

2.When changing engine operation from HFO to MGO. rapid or uneven temperature change could cause thermal shock, which can lead to sticking/scuffing of fuel valves, fuel pump plungers, suction valves or fuel pump seizure

a)To ensure the machine work properly, please switch fuel through the inlet valve of

cengine side after the engine in idle running.

b)Aux. Generators change from HSFO to LSFO prior to eter SECAs.all generators

running with LSFO in SECAs

c)After FWE C/E decides to run one or two G/E using low sulphur MGO in

accordance with the actual use of electricity on board in order to save money.



3.從發電機機側換油不經流量計耗油須依燃油日用櫃或沉澱櫃燃油消耗量估

算。

As generators switch fuel through inlet valve of engine side by pass flow meter, the

amount of fuel oil that is used should be estimated according to the fuel consumption

of service tank or settling tank for fuel oil.



Auxiliary boiler

1.避免混油或不正常消耗,換油時請確認進油閥與回油閥開關位置正確。

Ensure the correct positions of switch on/off for inlet valve and return valve to avoid mixture of oil or abnormal consumption.

2.換油期間點火Monitor the ignition, press, and combustion conditions during the fuel changeover.

Changeover Procedure from LSMGO(S<0.1%) to LSHFO for departure in EU community ports at anchor or berth for Auxiliary generator and Boiler (Through SECAs)

1.出港S/B時待前車停用後開始換低硫重油供電, 離SECAs後改換高硫重油

Switch to LSHFO in period of S/B after shutting off bow thruster.

After departure SECAs switch over from LSHFO(S<1.5%) to HSHFO (S>1.5%)

2.系統從低硫MGO換低硫重油操作後除需記錄於換油記錄表,並須將各低硫輕柴油油艙櫃之存油量、日期、時間及消耗量記錄於機艙日誌保留在船三年。

After the changeover from LSMGO to LSHFO, not only the changeover itself should be written in the fuel changeover record sheet, but remain in each low sulphur MGO tank, date, time and consumption should also be recorded in the engine room log for three years on board.

The date for starting to switch to low sulfur MGO, port, local time, operation code (B1) as well as the description of fuel oil conditions of generator engines and auxiliary boiler should be filled in the appropriate columns.

【4】 Ship begins to switch back to LSHFO. (Code B2)

The starting date of changing back to LSHFO, port, local time, the operation code (B2) and the description of fuel oil conditions of generator engines and auxiliary boiler should be filled in the appropriate columns.
