1.mean 作为动词的用法：
1）mean to do sth 打算去做某事
2）mean doing sth 意思是做某事、意谓着做某事（一般主语是事件） 例如：I mean to go abroad this.
我打算今年出国。
His leaving without a word meant giving up the plan.

3）意味着，意思是
例如：What did you mean by saying that?
