2. Select the Emulator tab and check Additional command line options. Next type -scale 0.75 (0.75 makes the emulator 75% its normal size) in the command line option text field:
3. Select Apply and then OK. The next time you launch the emulator it should show the scale command line option in the run dialog box and be scaled correctly.
