Two types:
  1. Direct combustion
Able to incinerate hospital waste such as clothe, linen, plastic materials, PVC, body parts.
    The two combustion chambers are:
    • The Primary Combustion Chambers (incineration chamber)
Egg shaped incineration chamber with curved maximizing thermal radiation of burning wastes provides rapid increase temperature of the chamber. Combustion air is continuously fed into the chamber through multiple holes located in the lower wall of the chamber providing enough air for smokeless and odorless incineration. This egg shape combustion chamber also provides vortex air stream with the turbulence insuring adequate vaporisation of combustion gasses before entering after-burner chamber. The temperature is between 700°C – 900°C.
    • The Secondary Combustion Chamber (after-burner chamber)
Similar to the Primary Combustion Chamber, this Secondary Combustion Chamber is equipped to provide thermal decomposition and oxidation of unburned carbon, volatile gasses as well as odor from burning gasses. This chamber also equipped with air pre-heater to consume organic emission.
    Features:
    • Compact Structure
    • Easy to Operate
This unit of incinerator is equipped with:
    • Thermocouple
    • Two burners
    • Air supply and Damper
Optionally, for better flue gas quality, incinerator can be equipped with scrubber as well as cyclone with caustic soda (NaOH), spraying system to reduce acidic gasses such as HCl and dioxin from exhaust flue gasses.

  2. Gasification Process
Provides high temperature of waste combustion up to 1300°C. The system much useful to prevent large quantity of dioxin for the combustion of PVC, plastic, and waste. This unit is very much of customized design, particularly needed for large facilities.

The standard capacity is based on type I WASTE (heating value: 3600 Kcal/Kg, moisture content: 25% wt.) in the classification code of waste in U.S.A.

* : Minimum area require for the operation
** : This volume is fuel consumption of kerosene for after burner required heating up to 760°C the temperature of after burner housing in case of the inceneration for the standard capacity per hour of type I WASTE.
A & B : These will be changed with the optional equipments because it is especially designed for the largest size incenerator
