很喜欢和那几个孩子聊天,虽然我已记不得她们的样子,但还是愿意当一个陌生人听她们倾诉,那些迷惑和痴狂,都代表她们真的还很年轻,一如我曾经的~~~~~或许随着岁月的增长,我们都会变得实际起来,但是回头看看,生命中最美好的还是那些纯真的梦~~~~海胆水豆腐蒸蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>鲜美滑嫩的蛋羹

某一次太后去买鱼,顺便带了两只海胆回来,我不知道这是什么品种,紫海胆?活的,刺还动着~~~~太后操剪子,给剖开取出海胆黄(真残忍,不过这海胆不算肥,这还是5月做的菜~~~~所以,可不可以表示5月的海胆不肥~~~海胆水豆腐蒸蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>鲜美滑嫩的蛋羹

 

 

海胆水豆腐蒸蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>鲜美滑嫩的蛋羹

 

海胆水豆腐蒸蛋

 

原料:海胆黄、鸡蛋、内酯豆腐、盐、香油等

做法:海胆剪开将黄抠出来,清洗一下

内酯豆腐切成片(请无视花纹,俺纯粹闲得在这凹造型)

取一容器,内壁刷少许油,将豆腐放进去

两个鸡蛋打散,加入同样多的水,加一点点盐,打匀

过滤蛋液里的杂质,将蛋液倒入装有豆腐的容器里,没过豆腐

盖上保鲜膜,放蒸锅里蒸,大火烧开转中火蒸至蛋液表面微微凝固

将海胆黄放在蛋液上,接着蒸至蛋液和海胆黄一起熟了即可

拿出来,切少许葱末,洒几滴香油或味极鲜即可

 

注意

没有海胆放瑶柱或是虾仁一样好吃

在容器内壁刷层油,是为了事后好刷碗,你懂得的

豆腐可以放也可以不放,一样滴,随自己意愿

鸡蛋和水的比例为1:1,蒸出的蛋羹很嫩很好吃

过滤后的蛋液,再加上保鲜膜,蒸出来没气泡还平整

冷水入锅,烧开后转中火蒸蛋羹
