If you are feeling lazy or devoid of energy, move. You’ve likely experienced it – you don’t feel like doing something but when you’re done you feel amazing, energized and invigorated. Move.

 

如果正觉得慵懒乏力,那就动起来吧。你可能有过这样的经历,对某件事情毫无兴致,而一旦得以完成,你立马觉得心情舒畅,体力充沛,精神焕发。动起来吧!

 

If you hear a song with a great beat, move. It doesn’t matter where you are – a mall, a park, your living room; if you feel it – dance like no one is watching.

 

如果听到一首歌曲,节奏强烈,那就动起来吧。身在何处又有何妨?管他商场,公园还是自家客厅,情之所至,就翩然起舞,恰似旁若无人。

 

If you are bored, move. Find an activity that engages your mind, body and spirit. Get back to an old hobby or do something you’ve always wanted to do but have been putting it off, it’s an instant cure for boredom.

 

如果感到无所事事,那就动起来吧。找一件事情,融入全部身心。或许是昔日的爱好,亦或是搁置的夙愿。总之,无聊之情会一扫而光。

 

If you want to feel alive, move. Get up out of your chair go on a nature walk, become acutely aware of your surroundings the sights, the sounds, the smells – take it all in as you move along.

 

如果想感受生命,那就动起来吧。离开座椅,走进自然。看看四周美景,听听万籁之声,闻闻花草馨香—一路漫步,一路体验。

 

If you want to get closer to someone, move. Take initiative and make the first move. Give a hug, hold a hand, or simply ask how you can be of help.

 

如果想和某人接近,那就动起来吧。积极主动,迈出第一步。一个拥抱,一次握手,或是一句轻声问候。

 

If you are feeling a little disconnected from yourself, move. Slow down with yoga, Pilates or tai chi. Become aware of your body as you move slowly and deliberately. Get in touch with yourself and reclaim your spirit.

 

如果正觉得心神不宁,那就动起来吧。随着一段瑜伽、普拉提或是太极而放松下来。在缓慢平稳的动作中感受身体的存在。探寻自我,平复精神。

 

If you want to lose those last few stubborn pounds, move. The only way, apart from cutting calories, that will help you shed those last 10 pounds is to move. Get active – walk to the store, ride your bike around town or walk the dog.

 

如果想减掉那几磅顽固的赘肉,那就动起来吧。除了节食,运动将是瘦身的唯一办法。徒步上街,骑车出行,遛狗散布,总之,要积极锻炼。

 

If life stinks, move. Be an active participant in your life. Live deliberately and if something isn’t working for you, make a conscious choice to move towards something that does work for you. Life changes, circumstances change don’t be afraid to move with those tides.

如果生活令人厌倦,那就动起来吧。积极投入生活,从容面对每一天。如若遭遇挫折,就明智抉择,另觅它途。生活在变,环境在变,不必害怕,只需顺势而为。
