To achieve long-term success in sales, no more than the ability to build strong customer relationships is more important skill. If this is (and should be) your goal, the rule is you have to follow every day.

 

These rules are:

 

One rule:

 

Believe the relationship is important. People will say, is to build relationships, or just go through the motions, you have to be taken seriously. If you do not really want to build relationships, do not bother to pretend, because to do so to no avail.

 

Rule two:

 

Curious on your customers. People are those who show genuine interest in them attracted to people. Curiosity gives you the opportunity to learn new things, build new relationships in order to find new ways to help.

 

Rule three:

 

Act in a consistent style. Depends on the trust of your customers you can be expected to show his ability, when a customer can predict your behavior, he may want to build a strong relationship.

 

Rule four:

Rule five:

Rule Seven:

 

To conduct a genuine dialogue. Client meetings should be a dialogue, not a sales call. You listen to the words of the customer, at least as much as you said, it might be more. And should talk business problems, rather than chat.
