忽如一夜春风来,千痘万痘脸上开~~~嘴上长疮的迹象也越来越明显韩式年糕串 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>自制年糕很容易,我知道我上火了,为了这很不正常的烦燥天气,为了一个过不去的考试,为了一些改变不了的生存现状,看来我离“纯粹”还差得远啊,神啊,给俺来点光合作用吧韩式年糕串 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>自制年糕很容易

韩式年糕串  (自制年糕很容易)

 

原料:大米粉150克、糯米粉75克、猪油20克、五花肉100克、辣白菜100克、白酒、盐、糖等

做法

1、大米粉和糯米粉混合均匀,用滚热的开水烫面,趁热加入猪油,搅拌均匀,凉后即成米团

2、模具内壁抹油,将米团放入,压平整,入蒸锅,大火蒸20分钟后拿出,稍凉后脱模,放阴凉通风处风干一段时间,即可作为年糕使用

3、风干好的年糕切成小块,五花肉切成片、辣白菜切片,五花肉里加入白酒,将辣白菜倒入,加入少许盐,少许糖,用手揉搓均匀,使五花肉充分入味并腌制半小时

4、用干净的竹签将年糕、五花肉、辣白菜串起来,平底锅抹少许油,入锅小火两面煎熟即可(我用了电饼铛,很方便,两面煎)

 

小贴士:

1、年糕的比例掌握好,大米粉和糯米粉的比例为2:1即可,加入少许猪油可以让年糕更洁白,更细腻

2、蒸好的年糕要风干一段时间,我的这个风干了大约一天,第二天使用,硬度什么的都很好了

3、五花肉里加少许白酒可以起去腥提鲜的作用,用辣白菜和汤汁腌制五花肉口味更好,可以依个人口味加入盐、糖、辣椒酱等调味

4、为了让肉片更快入味,可以用双手按摩肉片,加快腌制速度

5、煎年糕的时候要小火,不用太多油,因为五花肉本身就有油,最好用不粘锅,便于操作

为了解决面子问题,我已连续喝绿豆汤三天了,感谢组织,膳魔师这个杯子真如传说中强大~~~,温泉蛋、大米粥什么的早就凹凸了,人家连绿豆汤都能焖出来啊,对于我等懒人吃货来说就是福音啊

 

做法:绿豆洗干净放一大碗,加入开水放微波炉高火3分钟,然后趁热倒入焖烧杯里,加盖放一夜,第二天早上就能喝去火去燥的绿豆汤了,记得加冰糖啊,我这是焖了8小时的,祝福我的脸早日回到平板时代吧,阿门韩式年糕串 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>自制年糕很容易
