海蛎又叫牡蛎、蚝,是俺们海边孩子从小吃到大的,在海边岩石上满满都是~~~小的时候一篇课文《我的叔叔于勒先生》,才让我知道了,这个东西在外国是个稀罕物,切,我们都是一煮一大盆,可劲的造香酥海蛎子 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>老少皆宜的补锌美食

 

海蛎子又被称为“海中牛奶”,因为它富含锌和蛋白质,而锌是人体必不可少的元素,它不仅可以帮助儿童和青少年增强智力,对孕妇及婴儿发育也有很重要的作用,此外它还是一种抗癌食品,适合糖尿病和高血压患者食用,至于青壮年,你懂得的香酥海蛎子 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>老少皆宜的补锌美食

 

所以不管男女老少,经常吃点海蛎对身体很好的香酥海蛎子 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>老少皆宜的补锌美食,尤其海边的小孩,这么便宜,前段时间好像还十块钱几斤来着香酥海蛎子 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>老少皆宜的补锌美食

 

香酥海蛎子(男女老少都爱的补锌补脑美食)

 

原料:海蛎子、低筋面粉、面包糠、包菜、鸡蛋、盐、黑胡椒、番茄酱(沙拉酱)

做法:

1、海蛎子剥皮留肉,清洗干净后控干水分,加入一勺盐、半小勺黑胡椒腌制半小时

2、包菜剥开,切成细丝,放在冷水中浸泡半小时至脆,捞出沥干水分,做此菜的垫底

3、将鸡蛋打散,蛋液里加少许的盐调味,海蛎子先在蛋液里蘸一下,然后裹满面粉,然后再蘸蛋液,再裹满面包糠

4、锅里油加热,油七成热的时候,将海蛎下锅炸,炸至金黄酥脆即可出锅,将海蛎子铺在包菜丝的上面,吃的时候蘸番茄酱或是沙拉酱即可

 

小贴士:

1、没有海蛎子可以换成虾仁,同样好吃

2、海蛎子水分大,一定要先控干,事先腌制可以让海蛎肉更入味,加入黑胡椒起到了去腥提鲜的作用

3、腌制完的海蛎也要控水,因为盐杀出不少水

4、扎海蛎的时候,外面要裹一层面糊或蛋液糊,,不然炸的时候很容易崩油,海蛎也会因为受热过度而收缩

4、先蛋液再面粉,然后蘸蛋液裹面包糠的顺序别弄混了,这一步是炸出酥脆外壳的秘诀
