我记得去年的羊骨是炖的,效果还是不错的,但略显单调,干脆这次再做个汤吧,于是便出现了传说中一骨两吃,不喜膻味者请您老绕行~~

原料:羊骨、白菜、粉丝、姜、香菜、开水、花椒、白酒、大枣、胡椒粉、醋、盐、香油等

做法

1、羊骨先泡冷水,将血水浸泡出来后,用烧开的滚水汆烫羊骨,重复三遍(自己家就是做得干净啊)

2、将处理干净的骨头放入压力锅中,放入切片的姜,加入少许花椒和白酒,放入几颗大枣,倒入大半壶的开水,开始炖羊排,将白菜切成粗一点的丝状备用

3、大约半小时后开锅,将羊汤和羊骨头倒入一铁锅中,加入两小勺盐,放白菜丝入锅一起开火炖,这时可以用开水将粉丝泡发

4、等白菜差不多炖好后,将粉丝放入锅中,再小火炖5分钟,即可加入一勺醋和适量胡椒粉调味,最后滴少许香油,撒些切段的香菜即可

 

 羊汤好喝要注意这些:

1、羊骨头要先泡冷水,泡出血水后再用开水烫,这样做的绝对干净还好吃

2、不用压力锅的话,时间要长一些,至少一小时以上

3、花椒、白酒、大枣的加入都可以让羊骨和羊肉更好吃,不喜者可以忽略,只放生姜就可以

4、加入白菜和粉丝可以解腻,粉丝用绿豆粉丝比较好

5、羊汤好喝,就是酸辣味,爱吃醋、爱吃辣的记得多放醋和胡椒粉,还可以放辣椒油,一定加香菜啊
