 | Behavior largely determines our success at home and at work. Knowledge and skills play a role, but the unconscious behavior (key pattern) has great influence on our actions. If you know what motivates you, you act from there. Understanding behavior helps to exploit talents and qualities.
Q4 Personal Style Analysis is based on the DISC model, developed by Dr. William Moulton Marston and describes which combination of four types / styles of the behavior. Everyone leaves all four behavioral types / styles, but a type / style is strongest (primary), supplemented by half type / style (secondary), provides this combination greatly our behavior.
Four basic types / styles DISC
- Dominant
Outgoing, task-oriented, driven
- Interactive
Outgoing, people-oriented, talkative
- Stable
Introverted, people-oriented, team player
- Conscientious
Introverted, task oriented, analytical
Core pattern and desired pattern
Q4 Personal Style Analysismeasures the core and the desired behavior. This graph shows the amount of energy put into changing the behavior pattern from the core (ie natural behavior) and the desired pattern. The degree of energy loss between the two patterns is thus reflected. The core pattern is displayed when there is a certain amount of pressure when conditions are less favorable. The desired pattern emerges if you are able to align your behavior on the situation in case of low stress.
