Coping with Traumatic Stress

These personal reflection questions are designed to help you think about how the material in this course is applied to you. Please open a text entry application (such as MS Word or Notepad) and spend some time answering each of these questions. Writing down your answers will increase your learning and retention over time. It will also leave you with a personal journal that you can reflect on as you set self-care goals later in this course.
