Dear Jack, I ' ve received your e—mail and know you are in a bad maad now. I'm really sorry to hear that but I will help you to solve this problem. There are many exams if you care in life. Everyone would fail. Don't be sad because of the only things. Prefer to be upset , rather than find out the reasons of the mistakes you made.
