Bureaucratism(企业官位制度）

People often talk about bureaucracy, but many people involved in the bureaucracy, often just see it as a pursuit of power status, divorced from reality and ideology and working style of the masses. Few people look at it as system aspects. In fact, the bureaucracy has two aspects, one is technical bureaucracy (or called bureaucracy, bureaucracy on the subject), then there are institutional bureaucracy (the object of bureaucracy). Institutional bureaucracy, the bureaucracy than on better reflect the essence of style bureaucracy.Technical bureaucracy is more focus on the methodology perspective - How this make people evasive from their responsibility, and it often occur in large corporations. The institutional bureaucracy is purely political. We are here is not to talk about the second one. That is not our focus, our focus shall be the first. 

 

Today I just encounter a typical case of bureaucracy. The sales does reach its peak time, however the stock still not able to deliver on time. Why is that?! The reason its simply-purely just bureaucracy. The shipping department does not arrange the cargo deliver on time and they often use “no cargo coming” “too many work to do”, but in fact it just bureaucracy - “This is not good for my department and its too annoying, if cannot deliver the stock so be it.”And when reach the loading department -they are not able to load extra cargoes but using same man and not asking any external help to loading the extra cargoes, even the volume of sales is reach its full capacity. Why is that- “we have procedure we have to wait for the volume reach 13 cargoes per day”, and in fact they just think “I don’t care whether the stock can finish loading or not - my daily target is just 7 cargoes, if lost sales so be it”

 

For my opinions. I don’t care bureaucracy or not. However in terms of company’s perspective that is killing: it’s killing the courage of the salesmen, it will killing customer loyalty and of course it will killing company future - rolling over and die. You can bureaucrat but those departments are forgetting one thing, the most important thing - without sales how the company can keep alive ????!!!! If the other department will not give full support to sales - how you going to manage to increase the sales. No sales no paid!!! That is why company want to increase sales have to resolve one thing first that is remove all the obstacles between departments. So that the stock will continue to turn over and sales is increase. Every one happy.
