Senior official from Qinghai dismissed from CPC, publicoffice

BEIJING, July 16 -- Mao Xiaobing, former party chief of northwest Chinese city of Xining,was expelled from the Communist Party of China and dismissed from public office for graftprobe, said the Party discipline inspection agency here Wednesday.
