Pour a half of a cup of baking soda into your mixing bowl. Baking soda has a natural cleansing ability and can even be found in some commercial toothpaste. It's non-toxic and will help polish your teeth. Add ? cup of hydrogen peroxide and one drop of oil of peppermint. Hydrogen peroxide naturally disinfects your mouth and will also help whiten your teeth. The drop of oil of peppermint will leave your mouth feeling fresh.
