　　Ladies and Gentlemen,

　　Good morning. Welcome to Shanghai Xintiandi.

　　Thank you very much for coming to attend this presentation. I would also like to thank Mr. George Chan of China Xintiandi, Mr. Russell Proutt and Mr Ricky Tang of Brookfield and Mr. William Ng of China Xintiandi for taking time out from their very busy schedules to meet all the bankers and to provide us with an update on this transaction.

　　The Shanghai Xintiandi Development is one of the crown jewels of the Group. UOB is very honoured, and as I am sure all of you are, to be one of the original financiers in the 2012 transaction.

　　This morning, we shall first start off with Mr. George Chan giving us a corporate overview. Mr. Russell Proutt will be talking about the partnership between China Xintiandi and Brookfield, while Mr Ricky Tang will discuss the Group Portfolio. After that, Mr William Ng will provide a presentation on the transaction followed by a question-and-answer session.

　　UOB will provide a brief status update and very quick re-cap on the timeline. Then we will have a site visit and close off the presentation with lunch.
