至此,我这样的追踪有点自言自语的味道,客户有点不忍心了,或许客户被我这么充满人情味的追踪感动了,(谁说google搜索的客户没有感情?哈哈),客户回复了,很简短:
Hello Li!
Please give your suggested price of equipment in terms of delivery EXW.

我当然赶忙回复了报价,欣然中,感动中。

但是,客户没有再回复了。我也没有再追踪。

过了年,估计,2011年2月8日,我又追踪了一封,只有两句话,一是列举了工厂的设备,二是,如果有询价的具体机型,请发给我报价。(英语,我就不写了,总共二十几个单词。) 客户又回复了:

We use equipment such as Tw, Va, Ts welding machine and others.

We need detailed information above.

It would be interesting to collaborate!

Sincerely, Igor.

同样的,赶忙报价啊,泪狂奔中。因为能用英文跟我沟通的俄罗斯目标客户还是很少的,很多都只会讲俄语。

报价后的几天,2月24日,再次追踪:
Hi ,

We are wondering if are there any information from you?

客户回复说,他出差后再跟我联系。但客户再也没有消息来,而我忙着开发新客户,还有已下单的客户。某天,4月21日,我查看好久没有追踪的客户,终于发现了他,赶紧发了一封:
Hi Igor

How are you? Haven't kept in touch for a long time.

Is your business OK? Wish everything go well! Any new from you?

客户也回复:
Good afternoon!
I ask you, to give me the price for following models:
CNC-100
CNC-200
CNC-300
SMC-400 (WITHOUT THE PUMP)
Specify weight of each point, possibility and cost of delivery to Russia.
Whether there are at you dealers and сервесный the center in Russia.?
We are ready to cooperation with you and we want to become your representatives on sales and service of your production in Russia.


情况同样,见惯不怪了,客户一会要报价,一会说要做我们代理,但之后又没有回复邮件了。玩这招。我还有其它客户忙着,所以,也并不是很着急很期待。这又隔了一个月,5月25日,我又追踪,貌似我还真不急,慢慢地追他!写到这里,我对自己都有点感动了,哈哈,这就是坚持,这就是韧性!

With you my assistant by a financial part, Sergey should communicate.

On how many I know 25.05.2011 we pay one position, 26.05.2011 the second position.

叫我发形式发票,并说今天安排汇款给我。至此,终于正式地建立起了生意的合作关系,现在这个客户,每个月都有单做。而且很满意我的价格,产品质量,服务。

目标客户一直不回复,坚持不下来的SOHO,再坚持吧,同此,也要发到内心地为客户服务。做生意,其实就是做人,你的一切努力,客户都看得见的。
