My understanding of Media Literacy

     What is media literacy on the earth ? I can not give a accurate answer , beacuse I have not a good knownledge of media literacy . But I have my own understanding to it .
    In my opinion , media literacy  includes how much we know about media , capacy to use media , frequency of using media and the languages we use in media . IF we want to use something , the first thing we should do is  learning about it . Only by this , can we use the thing as we want . Certainly , this also holds ture throughout media tool . Capacy of using media dirlectly connects to media literacy . Capacy is about how useful we can make the media to help ourselves . As for freqency , it is to say how often we use the media to make life more convenient . Finally , the language we use in media reflect not only ones media literacy , but also ones quality .I thing that using nasty words is not supposed.
     This is just my view.Of course, everyone has different opinion to media literacy .What is yours?
