How to Attract Effective Inquiry?

最近做了一个调查,收集了很多关于贸易的问题,其中询盘的问题是最多的。大家都在问,到底要怎样才能收到有效地询盘,所以就为你们解答这个问题吧!

I have done an investigation recently and have collected a great deal of trading problems, among which problems about inquiry account for the most. I have been asking how to make a valid inquiry, so now let me tell you.


其实影响询盘的因素有很多,我们必须清楚这些因素,才能做到有效。

Actually, factors influencing inquiry are a lot. We have to figure them out clearly so as to become efficient.


一.主动联系买家的频率不要过高,但要保持所有联系方式畅通可用。

Firstly, do not connect buyers much often, but keep all contacts available.


这样可以充分表现出自己的吸引力,从而引起他们的好奇心并抓住用户的痛处。等到在买家对您公司或产品有了基本的认可,想了解更多信息时,再详细的介绍自己。当然最重要的是不要让买家忘记你。回复询盘后,若一段时间没有音讯,可发送一些短小的邮件。这样就不会让人感到反感。最后记得确认双方联系方式,保证所有联系方式畅通可用。

This shows your attraction richly to evoke their curiosity and know their disadvantages. When buyers approve your company or your products basically and want to know more, introduce yourself more. Most importantly, make the buyers remember you. Send some short e-mail when buyers do not reply for a while after your replying inquiry, which will not offend buyers. Remember to confirm the contact ways of each other at last, and make sure they are all available.


二.获得买家认可,最有效的方法是向买家展示你公司的成长史。

Secondly, getting approval of buyers, the most efficient way is to show them your company’s development history.


少和买家展望未来,多向买家介绍你的历史。比如在行业内多久、现在的规模和产能、合作过哪些知名客户等,这些才是真正能让买家留下印象、信任并可能动心的信息。

Show more history and express less wishes. Such as how long have your company been in this business, the current scale and capability , famous partners and so on, which are the real information that makes the buyers impressive, moved and trust you.


三.巧妙利用价格策略,但切记不要总是用降价来促成生意。

Thirdly, take advantage of price strategy smartly, but remember not to lower the price all the time for making a deal.


降价是一种有风险的促销手段,它会让你今后的报价威信降低,也可能让买家对你产品或公司产生疑虑。假如你想降价,或者知道自己的价格比别家高了些,也要为自己的价“讲”一个理由,让买家知道这次降价是多么困难和特殊的情况。产品的价格虽很重要,但是产品质量和卖点给人的印象也是极其重要的。

Lowering price is a risky promotion that might lower your authority of quotation and raising the buyers’ confusion on your products or company. If you want to lower the price, or if you know your price is a little bit higher than the other sellers, find a “reason” and let buyer know the reduction is under a difficult and special circumstance. Price for products is important, its quality and selling points is also vital.


四.适当迎合客户的思维和沟通方式,但要保持自己的原则,不卑不亢。

Fourthly, cater to customers’ thought and communication way while keep your own rules, respect and self-respect.


买家种类繁多,思维模式和沟通方法都大相径庭,如果你能尽快了解对方的脉络,用对方熟悉和舒适的方式与其交流,会对谈判内容本身创造很多便利条件。当然迎合只是为了方面沟通,而不代表没有原则一味妥协。要坚持自己该有的原则,这样会让人觉得你既有素养又有主见。

There are various buyers and various thinking and communication ways, and if you can know their characteristics as soon as possible, talking with them in the way they are similar to and comfortable with, it will create many convenient conditions for negotiation. Of course, acceptance is just for better communication and has nothing to do with compromising all the time without your own rules. Hold your reasonable rules, and the others will think you are with good manner and strong -minded.


想要吸引有效询盘,说容易也不容易,说难也不难,不过只要你能把握好影响询盘的因素以及做好这四个原则,总能对你有所帮助的。

To attract efficient inquiry, it is neither too easy nor too difficult. But as long as you can grasp the factors influencing inquiry and perform well in this four rules, it is helpful.
