如何控制自己的行为,做一个善良的人!(双语)

1.Always think first before you do something. If you do it the other way, sometimes it'll end badly.

2.Remember, what if, you were that person that you've hurt by your actions? Do nice things to other people, love others like you love yourself.

3.Just stay cool if someone is hurting your feelings, just let them be. Sooner or later, they will get tired and leave you alone.

4.Never think negatively, always think positively.

5. Do stuff that calms your mind. Music is the best way or do some exercise, that's good for the body and mind!


做一些能使你内心平静下来的事情。音乐是最好的方法,或者做做运动,对身心都是不错的。


6. Have a laugh! It's good for your health too, it promotes your body to relax and be happy!
