my analysis of an advertisement

          As we all know，in order to attract people 's attention，something eye-catching elements will be added when an ad  being designed.Look at the follow three print advertisements，at the  first time we see them，we may not understand what they want to show，and think it is simple or monotonous.However，if we take a serious look at them，we can find the secret of them.

          From  all of the ad posters，the first thing we see is  the bar-code which always contain some messages of price.It is  peculiar that half  of the bar-code was being cut.What's more， we can see  two dates below the bar-code.Moreover, at the lower-left corner of three ads，three slogans are obscure which explain the hidden message in the pattern.

          These  posters is a series of Christmas  discount ads of  Wal-mart,which look  concise and easy to understand. I think  it is pretty creative and this is what we say “Brief but not simple”.
