使用sra toolkit 转换sra数据为fastq

download and install sra toolkit

wget "http://ftp-trace.ncbi.nlm./sra/sdk/current/sratoolkit.current-centos_linux64.tar.gz"

tar xzf sratoolkit.current-centos_linux64.tar.gz

convert .sra file to .fastq file

.../fastq-dump .../SRRXXXXXX.sra

or to fasta

.../fastq-dump --fasta .../SRRXXXXXXX.sra

...represents path
