机器人，英文是Robot，是能自动执行任务的人造机器装置，用以取代或协助人类工作。前天解放日报4版报道：白宫预测，机器人取代时薪低于２０美元以下岗位的几率为８３％，取代时薪介于２０美元至４０美元之间岗位的几率为３１％，取代时薪超过４０美元岗位的几率仅为４％。白宫认为，上述结果表明，有必要培训遭机器人取代的工人，帮助他们找到新的工作。
