江湖论剑---间充质干细胞来源哪种强?

间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells)(相关科普见本公众号《神秘的间充质干细胞—干细胞中的007》),在技术江湖中称MSC。MSC来源广泛,在骨髓、脐带、脂肪、脐血、胎盘、牙髓等均发现有间充质干细胞的存在。然而,不同来源的MSC被不同的机构赋予了不同的“定义”、“神力”,大有在某些所谓“健康管理”的机构中形成论剑之势。

于是乎,南山小仙和步步先生在看文献看得两眼空洞、六神无主之余,开始了一段看起来毫不严谨的对话:


如果要在临床上研究及应用,除了从来源上考虑 MSC 的生物学差异性外,还必须要考虑到其提取的可行性、可提取的细胞数量、伦理学上的限制等等,所以,没有最好的,只有最合适的!
