The Opportunity The recruitment program has been designed to identify and develop the highest potential candidates operating in the China market, providing successful traders with first day exposure and mentoring from China senior commercial management team along with immediate involvement in some of the most exciting,interesting and successful trading strategies on the China market. · Successful candidates will possess an entrepreneurial outlook and demonstrable interest in the China markets we participate in. · A strong degree level education is required (in any discipline), along with a high level of literacy and clarity when communicating trading ideas/complex concepts. · Good quantitative skills, communication skills and evidence of previous achievements will ensure applicants stand out. · A native understanding of the Chinese culture, coupled with a strong interest in carrying out commercial activities in China is required.
