项目概况 南宁东盟产业研发大厦 Nanning ASEAN (the Association of South-east Asian Nations) Industrial R&D Building
南宁东盟产业研发大厦位于五象新区核心区域，周边自然环境优美，用地西侧面向风景秀丽的五象湖公园，设计尽量降低建筑的整体高度降低，并将其融入整个五象湖景区中，使之成为大地景观的一部分。 本用地原始地形为略带起伏的丘陵地形，高差最大为15米，地形走势为西高东低，北高南低。设计因地制宜地将场地设置成两级，平整后的西侧广场与东侧中庭广场高差为4.65米，西侧地势较高，广场下部埋地部分设置地下车库。再利用台地、错层、大台阶和自动扶梯等方式处理地形高差问题，并充分考虑了与西侧五象湖景区、北侧青少年活动中心、乐玉洞立交西北侧的绿地的地势衔接，达到丰富和优化建筑空间和景观环境的效果。 建筑布局依据传统中式院落的理念，以“回”字形围合景观内院，并设有多个开口，保证建筑的自然通风。建筑在面向五象湖公园的西侧留出大面积开阔的入口广场，底层四个方向布置大面积的架空空间，为周边居民提供一个全天候的休闲活动空间，并将优美的周边自然环境渗入内部庭院中。建筑北侧底层结合裙房研发大厅布置斜向的绿化景观步道，便于游人休憩游玩、观赏湖景，将周围优美的自然景观自然地过渡到人工景观环境中，使建筑与自然景观有机融合。 Nanning ASEAN Industrial R&D Building is located in the core area of Wuxiang New Zone with beautiful natural surroundings, the western side of which faces directly to the scenic Wuxianghu Park. The design tries to reduce the overall height of the building and integrates it with the whole landscape of the Wuxianghu Park, making it a part of the earth-scape. The original terrain of this land is slightly undulate hills with the maximum elevation difference of 15m, the trend of which is high in the west and north, as well as low in the east and south. The site is set into two stages according to the local terrain conditions. The elevation difference between the flattening square in the west and the atrium square in the east is 4.65 m. Underground garage is built in the lower part of the square in the west. Platforms, staggered-floors, large steps, and escalators are adopted to handle the elevation difference. The planning also gives full consideration to the terrain cohesion with Wuxianghu Landscape in the west, Youth Activity Center in the north, and the green in the northwest of Leyudong Interchange in order to enrich and optimize the architectural space and environmental landscape. Based on the concept of traditional Chinese courtyard, the overall layout of the building adopts the enclosed form of Chinese character “回” to enclose inner courtyard of the landscape. Multiple openings are equipped to ensure natural ventilation of the building. Large open entrance square is set aside in the west of the building facing Wuxianghu Park with a large area of overhead space in four directions on the ground floor, which provides a 24-hour leisure activity space for the residents and integrates beautiful natural surroundings with the inner courtyard. Oblique green landscape trail is set in the skirt R&D hall and on the ground floor in the north of the building, which is convenient for the visitors to rest and play while enjoying the landscape of the lake.
