据说最近有两位验船师以文言文和节操文等多种艺术形式,在船人文学巅峰上演了激烈的对决,一刀一贱,纵一妖百媚生。让“塞特·塞维尔”(Site Surveyor)这一群体在船界幕后神秘绽放。本期小女特邀师兄小刀编译了妖灵寺的佳作,供大家品鉴。Experienced Senior Surveyor_ Mr. HuangUnexperienced Trainee Surveyor_ Mr. Wang经验丰富的验船师老黄在检验中发现分段上少了两块三角板,义愤填膺的他觉得这是个不能饶恕的施工事故。经过缜密思维深思熟虑,老黄力排众议顶住了船东的无理要求,修改了图纸。Huang found 2 BRTs missing on a block inspection, which was considered as a completely unforgivable incident. After a deep thinking, Huang rejected owner’s unreasonable request and asked yard to revise the drawing accordingly.经验丰富的验船师老黄在检查无损探伤的X光片时,发现了一道深度裂纹。他和船厂无损探伤人员紧密配合,加班加点,寻找蛛丝马迹。终于发现这张片子拍的原来是船厂门卫老李养的那条土狗的肋骨。An obvious crack was found when Huang's interpreting some RT films. After a serious investigation which was cooperated by NDE operators, Huang finally found out this was a film shot at rib’s area of a dog, which is fed by Yard gatekeeper-Li.经验丰富的验船师老黄上船检查桥楼值班报警,惊讶的发现报警在自动舵打开模式下不能工作,这显然不符合公约的要求。经过对船厂技术人员耐心的指导和详细解释,最后说服了船厂拆掉了自动舵的控制面板,保证了船舶符合既定公约的要求。得到了船东和船厂的口交称赞。On a route check of the BNWAS system, Huang noticed alarms do not work while Autopilot was on. Yard was successfully convinced to dismantle the control panel which then would fully comply with the Convention, and Owner and Yard were both expressing happy on it verbally, which also blew Huang to such a high level.经验丰富的验船师老黄带着经验不丰富的验船师小王在船上检验。老黄对小王在PSPC涂层方面进行了详细的指导。当说到盐分和粗糙度的相关知识时,老黄用食指在钢板上猛烈的摩擦。然后一遍擦血一边告诉小王,如果觉得疼,就说明粗糙度和盐分都符合要求。Huang took Wang to carry out a route verification of PSPC condition, and when talking on salt content and roughness, Huang scrubbed the steel with his long finger, and taught Wang that if bleeding and hurt felt, it indicated the salt content and roughness were both in accepted range.经验丰富的验船师老黄在'XX轮'的建造过程中起到了至关重要的作用。例如在一次机舱死人报警的报验时,老黄就完美的扮演了一个死人。Huang once played a very important role during a Deadman Alarm Test. Yes, he’s playing the deadman.老黄作为一个经验丰富的验船师,同时也是一个爱国的验船师。发现'XX轮'虽然是巴拿马旗,但是却是在中国建造。所以他明确表示弃船信号应该是三长两短而不是七短一长,伸张了中国人民的利益。Huang is definitely a patriot. Once for a Panama-flagged ship survey, he noted the Abandon Ship Sound Signal of this ship was set at “ 7 short blasts followed by 1 prolonged” instead of ' 3 prolonged followed with 2 shorts” which cannot reflect this ship was built in China. Thus a NC was raised to correct this bloody mistake for protecting our Chinese people’s honour.八月,经验丰富的验船师老黄在带着经验不丰富的验船师小王检查应急照明时,告诉小王安全是验船师在日常检验中的第一必须条件。因为之前自己手指在钢板上划伤,所以管弄里的应急照明就交给小王去看。Huang brought Wang for an Em’cy lighting inspection in Pipe Tunnel, and Safety was emphasized at times to young Wang that it was the Rule No.1 for any inspection, therefore Wang was assigned to go into the Pipe Tunnel alone as Huang’s finger was still painful at that PSPC verification.经验丰富的验船师老黄在电站管理试验中,发现压载泵并不在优先脱扣的范围内。机智的他敏捷的撕掉了配电板上优先脱扣的指示牌,避免了一次激烈的争吵。In a PMS test, Huang noted the Ballast Pumps were not set at Preferable Trip, he peeled off the PT nameplates instantly to avoid any misunderstanding from the owner side.老黄作为一个东北人,同时又是一个经验丰富的验船师。在检查避碰规则相关项目时,在船头演唱了一曲《小拜年》,灵活的验证了锣的有效性。As a couple-dance show (二人转) lover, Huang played this NE China opera interestingly in a COLREG check to demonstrate the reliability of Gong.经验丰富的验船师老黄对报警灯柱的逃生和二氧化碳报警的颜色提出了质疑,并熟练的引用了相关的规则要求。最后经过激烈的辩论和多次现场检查,终于承认了自己是严重红绿色盲的事实。 In a normal survey of the E/R alarm column, Huang pointed out that the colours used for Escape and CO2 release were totally wrong, these need to be in line with Alert Code. Several rounds of double-check and debate, Huang had to confess that he’s colour-blind on red and green.
