分析 本句是复合句，句子主干是Antonis Samaras promises。this will be the “last and final” round of cuts是省略that的宾语从句，其中this指代上文的austerity measure（紧缩政策）。双逗号之间的插入语作主语的同位语。

翻译 对此，身处中间偏右派立场的萨马拉斯总理承诺本轮紧缩将是“最后最后一次”。

2 But Greece’s creditors are not so sure, given the poor record of all Greek governments on reform. 

分析 given the poor record作原因状语，这里的sure理解为“乐观”；poor record表示“鲜有佳绩”。

分析 本句重点在于否定结构，few/little属于否定词，否定主语的时候要否定转移到谓语动词上，所以不能翻译成“没有观察家们看好”，而是翻译成“观察者家们不看好”。

翻译 希腊政府最新出台了2016年前削减11万公务员岗位的安排，但观察家们并不看好。

5 The privatisation programme has been disappointing. 

分析 本句是一个主系表结构的简单句。

翻译 另外，其私有化计划也收效甚微。

6 With Greece looking politically unstable and facing two more years of recession, it will be hard to attract foreign investors.

分析 With Greece looking politically unstable and facing two more years of recession是独立主格作状语，其中looking politically unstable and facing two more years是并列结构，it will be hard to attract foreign investors是句子主干部分，其中it作形式主语，不定式to attract foreign investors是真正主语。
