联合国教科文组织：《用高质量学徒制推动职业技术教育发展》

2015年6月15-26日，联合国教科文组织职业技术教育与培训国际中心举办了以“高质量学徒制”为主题的学术研讨会，并发布了会议报告——《用高质量学徒制推动职业技术教育发展》（Delivering TVET through Quality Apprenticeships）。

该报告有十二项议题，分别是：

1.“学徒制”定义及如何将“质量”的概念引入学徒制（Definition of apprenticeship and how to put “quality”in apprenticeship)；

2.创新学徒制以及学徒制的替代形式（Innovations and alternative forms of apprenticeship）；

3.学徒制资助（Financing of apprenticeship）；

4.学徒制技能需求的预期和识别（Anticipation and identification of skills needs for apprenticeship）；

5.融合产业（Involving the industry）；

6.学徒制课程开发（Curriculum development for apprenticeship）；

7.未完成的学徒制培训：辍学与流失（Non-Completion of apprenticeship training, drop-out and attrition）；

8.工作经验的记录以及先前学习的认定（Documenting work experience and recognition of prior learning）；

9.学徒制的社会形象和吸引力（Social image and attractiveness of apprenticeship）；

10.企业内部的培训和培训师（In-company training and trainers）；

11.学徒制的结构和成功的要素（Architecture and success-factors of apprenticeship）；

12.进一步的研究领域：参与者的建议（Further research areas: participants’ proposals）。
