[URGENT] Rescue Captain Guo Chuan

Dear Alumni,

Our alumnus Guo Chuan has been lost contact for nearly 100 hours, rescue work has been done against time.

Now the rescue teams are in urgent needs of help near Hawaii area: please give them a helping hand!!!

 

A plane will be taking off from Hawaii to search and drop-off supplies to the area where GUO was missing. There is an urgent need to assemble the following items in ten hours:

SUPPLY  FOR AIRCRAFT:

A high-altitude and high-definition camera, or a high-definition infrared camera, so the images can be taken back to professionals for analysis.

Items in packages are to be dropped off including the following, as much as possible so to increase the searching result:

1.     BACKPACKS (waterproof, including plastic bags, internal foam (domestic foam). They should have markings indicating for flotation purposes.

2. SEA RESCUE FOOD

3. SEA SOS EQUIPMENT, waterproofing, but easy for GUO to open, with markings indicating they are transmitters.

4. DRINKING WATER

5. ALL SUPPLIES SHOULD HAVE STONE WEIGHTS FOR EASIER FLOTATION.

6. REFLECTIVE MATERIAL SUCH AS MIRRORS

7. WHITE FLOATING PLASTIC SHEETS, a large number of them floating in the sea will let the rescue team to spot the areas where the packages are dropped-off.

8. VHF WIRELESS WATERPROOF WALKIE-TALKIE (PRESET CHANNEL 16)
9. LIFE JACKETS
10. WHISTLES

The number of delivery package must be large, it is recommended at least 30, preferably 100 .
