Advantage:
The most cost saving style sandwich panel;
Good warm proof;
The panel hardness is good;
Light weight: The panel total weight usually around 10 KG per square meter which will the labors work easier for installation job. Disadvantage:
Not fire proof but only fire resistance. The fire resistance ability is B1.
2. Rock wool sandwich panel
Advantage:
The best sandwich panel in fire proof;
Warm proof is good though little week than EPS sandwich panel; Disadvantage:
Heavy panel: the weight per square meter not less than 16KG.
The hardness is not as good as EPS sandwich panel.
3. Glass fiber sandwich panel
Advantage:
Fire proof;
Weight is not high: around 13KG per square meter.
Warm proof is good though little week than EPS sandwich panel; Disadvantage:
Panel hardness not as good as EPS sandwich panel;
4. PU sandwich panel
Advantage:
Best one in warm proof sandwich panel;
Best one in panel hardness;
Light weight: around 12KG per square meter.
Nice appearance. Disadvantage:
Not fire proof but only fire resistance. The fire resistance ability is B1.
The price is high than others.
5. Galvanized steel sheet
Advantage:
Cost saving;
Need fewer containers in transport; Disadvantage:
No warm proof
6. Double galvanized sheet with glass fiber warm proof
Advantage:
The appearance is good;
Need fewer containers in transport; Disadvantage:
The warm proof ability is not as good as sandwich panel.
7. Single galvanized sheet with glass fiber warm proof
Advantage:
Cost saving;
Need fewer containers in transport; Disadvantage:
The warm proof ability is not as good as sandwich panel.
